The studio flat is on the ground floor and
consists of a small bed sitting room, kitchen/diner and toilet/shower
room. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, combination
microwave/convection oven/grill along with toaster and kettle, etc.
The flat has access to the back garden and use of a patio.
All bills are included (Council Tax, electricity, gas, water rates)
and there is constant hot water.
We provide all household goods such as crockery, cutlery and linen.
There is a TV/video and a digibox which allows you to access the
FreeView tv stations. FREE access to the internet is also available
via your computer along with a free email address.
The house is fire alarmed, double-glazed and has a payphone in the
foyer; and a lady comes in three times a week to clean the public
