Parking is
generally easy outside Northcourts. Each room has an individual door
bell and residents are asked not to allow “any old body” in for
security reasons.
The communal wheelie bin is emptied once a week by Reading Council
and there is a communal garden with drying facilities, although the
paved patio is exclusive to the Garden Flat.
Residents are required to supply tv licence
Maintenance is dealt with promptly once notified by telephone to
contact telephone number. |
