Compact single bedsit is self-contained and is fully furnished and has its own kitchen area with sink and double hob and is heated by a radiator which is fed by a central gas boiler (“Gas Safe” Certified) and each radiator can be regulated by a temperature valve which is attached to the radiator.

All household goods are provided: TV, bed linen, cutlery, crockery, etc and is provided with a fridge-freezer and a multi-task microwave (microwave/grill/oven), a toaster and a kettle.

Two showers and 3 toilets are shared by the tenants and these are cleaned (toilet rolls are provided) although tenants are expected to leave the showers and toilets in a clean condition after they have used them.

Free WiFi. A television with Freeview channels is provided in each room. As this is a multi-occupation house each bedsit is counted as a sole-unit by the Television Authorities and therefore each tenant must provide their own TV licence. Free internet access.

Each room is provided with a smoke alarm, fire blanket and the house has a fire alarm and extinguishers are available on each landing – these are checked by a certified contractor on an annual/bi-annual basis.

A hoover and ironing board are provided in the main foyer for tenant to use whilst cleaning their rooms.

Although the building is insured, it the responsibility of the tenant to insure personal contents to their satisfaction.
