by calendar monthly in advance. Residents must pay by BACS payment
to be paid once a month on agreed date. |

Assured Tenancy Agreement' will be signed by resident and landlord, a copy of which
will be given to resident |
| All rooms allow accommodation for single person
only. Studio flat can be used as a double. |
NO children
or pets
NO extra heaters, cookers or large electrical equipment
NO loud music - please consider other residents shift patterns
Please be quiet after 11 pm
Please do not bang doors |

Four weeks notice must be given in writing
by either side.
Rooms must be left in a clean & tidy condition
Keys must be returned, along with forwarding address to white box in
foyer. |
